Rooms are individual or shared.

Each bedroom has its own closet, chest of drawers, and of course, a bed.

Kitchen includes a fridge, microwave, stove, oven, plates, utensils, basic kitchen supplies, Washer and Dryer

1 Full bath and 2 , ½ bath including  3 showers.

Wireless high speed internet access is available 24/7 in the houses provided.

There are computers for student use during school hours. Computers are used for email, and personal browsing.

Housing only: Shared room: $325.00 /month  Single room: $400.00/month.  Food and transportation is extra. Winnipeg Aviation will make every attempt to find the most convenient and cost effective accommodations for the student.  The student might choose between full-service hotel, rented flats, or when able, living with a host family. 

Where the student chooses a full-service hotel, expect to pay approximate. $600 per month for a single room plus applicable taxes. We will also try to find host families for you to stay with or shared flats if you want to prepare your own meals. These will reduce your living costs dramatically.  You should budget  approximately $9,000.00  -$12,000.00 per annum for total cost of living.

There is a $250.00 damage deposit required which will be returned to the student  after training (provided there is no damage to their room).

Students should bring their own bedding and toiletries as well as suitable clothing  considering the seasonal weather variations.  Bedding can be rented for $15.00 per month.
